Armory Policy (REMEMBER THIS!)

ARMORY POLICY: If you have rights to gift Weapons/Armor, you will see a link on the Clan Page [Gift Requests (3)]. If you open the link you will see requests from hopeful clan members. You may see requests for coconuts, but if you do not have the rights to grant coconuts, the system will not allow you to grant them.

1) If the message says "The Clan Doesn't Have the Item" right click on the player's name and open another tab, send them a message, tell them to pick another item, close tab. Then deny the gift.

2) Approve all requests that can be approved.

3) If the system tells you that the person has been gifted something within the last 7 days, right click on the player's name and open another tab, send a message saying that they already were given an item in the last seven days, close tab, deny the gift.

(Don't leave it in there waiting for the 7 days to elapse)

4) If your not sure what to do, then leave it to someone else to decide, there are lots of people with rights to gift weapons, about a hundred! Well not really... but still it's a lot of members who can do it.

Update

If you would like to have an item that is NOT in the clan armory, you can just request one from the LoZ Armory! But, of course there is a catch. You must have a message of why should we buy this certain item for your character.

We don't want to waste our money for a member who will just get the item he/she wants and leaves after obtaining his/her new item. The Guard is here to help new players, yes. But only if they actually stay in the clan! So please, if you're just a member who wants items to sell and return to their original clan just go to another one.

We will NOT tolerate any members who do this. Don't think you can fake a message to us. We can see the date of when you have asked for the item and then see the date in which you left. We will keep an eye out members!
