Attack Stances:
As for the attack stances, I agree that everyone is staying at Smart Moves. Just now, I had 15 fights in the Arena, and 12 people had Smart Moves as their attack stance. So yea, Shock & Awe is your friend.
But to be a completest in regards to charts, I went through all of the Trainers I could see, up to Level 20 basecamp. Here's the chart of all what you can buy, and how it all comes out:
